Edmond Dantès returns to his home only to be betrayed and imprisoned by those he trusted. Years later, he manages to escape, and sets his plan for revenge in motion. Investigate eight characters and find thousands of hidden object clues that lead you on your quest. As the newly created Count of Monte Cristo, can you take your revenge upon those who have wronged you, and eventually find some measure of peace?
